I went in for a tour of this facility, and i'm unsure how I feel. The rooms are all very well set up, my child was very happy with the space. The guildlines and structure they claim to have sounds amazing, however, I did not see a very good execution of these plans. One child was very fussy at 10am so the instructor brought in lunch for everyone. Lunch was not the lunch stated in the meal plan, also I dont know how I feel about my child receiving lunch at 10am, if they will not be picked up until 5 or 6pm in some cases. I was also told their is to be 1 instructor for every 4 children. At one point in the infant room there was 1 instructor for 9 children; in another older room there was 10 children with 2 instructors. Their was also an instructor relaxing on a couch, while on her phone when these rooms were under staffed. Not sure of my final feelings on the daycare but I will say I definitely expected more based on most reviews, the website, and cost.

Our daughter has just moved up to the Toddler Room, and I can't say enough good stuff about all of the staff at Park Place, especially those in the Infant Room. Everyone is so thoughtful and cares so much about the kids, it's hard for us to pick her up at the end of the day because she doesn't want to leave! I also love being able to sneak a peek at what she's doing during the day while I'm at work.

We had our eldest daughter in the daycare for 6 years (13 months - 7 years) and our youngest has been there for 2+ years so far. I can't say enough good things about Biba and the staff at Park Place. They are wonderful, caring people who do a fantastic job looking after the kids.

Our son has been on Park Place for over a year now and moved from the infant room to the toddler room now. We are very satisfied with how this child care facility is run and care our son receives. He's really happy there. They get outside a lot, rain or shin. Each classroom his has been in he has connected strongly with one of the teachers bringing him comfort. I would recommend.

Me and my wife are happy with the Park Place Daycare service. Rooms are quite spacious, and all the teachers are always nice and friendly towards us and most of all towards our daughter who is two now. Our child is always with a changed diaper, and overall we've never had any issues for the past 1 year with the daycare. Whenever something serious happens (like our daughter had fever once or another time she cut her lip a little bit and was bleeding) they would call you right the way...and in comparison to stories I've heard with other daycares, at Parkplace they won't ask you to pick up your child right the way. If your child gets calm or gets better or good enough, he/she will stay at the center. For the example with the lip cut - they made sure they stopped the bleeding and monitored if my daughter is fine. She was, so none of us had to leave work accidentally - which I greatly appreciate. Also more than 60% of the teachers are in their late 40ties and 50-ties. For me that's even better - it means only one thing - a lot more experience. Not to mention that those that I spoke to in more details - all had kids. What better than that. As Myriam - the leading teacher at the infant room said ones - "I love them as my own children" :)! And she has two grown-up adults now. Keep in mind you're also getting food for your child, so you don't have to spend endless hours to chop up a salad and make lunch boxes every day. What a relieve for us. So no plans to change the daycare anytime soon!
