This is my favorite Party City in Oakville/Mississauga. I mostly come here for balloons. The friendly staff are the best thing about the location. They inflate the balloons properly, so that they're all the same size and will arrange them nicely.

Terrible customer service. Especially from staff member Erica. Rude and very unhelpful. If I had time to speak to a manager. I would have. Never get balloons from there - go to Michaels 2 stores down instead.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment following a recent visit to your Party City location at 3050 Vega Blvd, Mississauga. As a loyal customer who has always enjoyed shopping at Party City for birthday and event supplies, I was deeply disappointed and frustrated with the customer service I received during this visit. The staff including the manager Margaret H and the girl at the counter were extremely rude. I selected various items totaling approximately $70, including a “Happy Birthday” helium foil balloon that was displayed in the clearance section with a price tag of $2.43. There were multiple balloons displayed together in the same area, clearly marked at the discounted price. However, during checkout, I was surprised to see that I had been charged $15 for that balloon. When I brought this to the cashier’s attention, she went to verify the price and confirmed that it was indeed labeled as $2.43 in the clearance section. Despite this, the store manager, Margaret H, stated that the item may have been placed there by mistake and refused to honor the displayed price. Instead, she moved the items quickly from that spot and vaguely offered a possible reduction, without committing to adjusting the price fairly. I found the behavior of both the manager and the cashier to be dismissive and unprofessional. The situation was not handled in good faith, and the explanation offered was unconvincing—it is highly unlikely that multiple identical items ended up in the same clearance section by accident. This experience left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. I urge your team to review the pricing policies and ensure that displayed prices are honored, as per consumer protection standards. I also recommend customer service training for this location’s staff to avoid future instances of discourteous and misleading behavior.

Party City is like a store for parties. Or, it's VERY much a store for parties, assuming you like to party. But what KIND of party, you ask? Well... could be a sports themed party. A Mario themed party. A retirement party. A Irish party. A Halloween party. Maybe even a hollywood style film premiere party. If you have a party in mind, chances are there's something here made of cardboard that'll fit your requirements. Oh, and they got costumes and giant rice crispy squares. Like... MASSIVE. I assume they're ment to be cut up and shared, but... why would you do that? Staff were really nice the many times i came there looking for dumb things for my theatre project.
