We did the Lost Files room at Perplexity Escape Games and had such a great time! The storyline was engaging, the puzzles were clever and challenging without being frustrating, and the multi-room setup made it even more exciting. Everything was well thought out and kept us immersed from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun escape room experience!

My group and I had a really fun time doing the short cut! It was definitely very challenging and the staff was helpful if we asked for hints and tips. The concept was interesting and we managed to make it out in time!

10/10 for the staff, room(s), puzzles and props. We arrived here October 19th with a party of 6 about 2-3 minutes past the time our escape room was about to begin, due to inclement weather. We were still greeted with kindness and warmth from the staff members, and they took their time to explain their cafe (complete with games and beverages), and encouraged us to use the bathrooms. The gentleman also took time to explain some ground rules in detail before we went into the room, which ended up helping quite a bit. While I was speaking with one of the staff members, he referred to himself and his team members as "Escape room enthusiasts", and ensured that all the clues/puzzles given were only used once, and there were no red herrings to waste unnecessary time. Having staff members that truly care about their job makes all the difference. The room used in The Gate had an insane level of detail. From the props that were perfect amounts of camp and gore, and the interactive, clever puzzles, each room proved more interesting than the next. The full hour was over in the blink of an eye. With one minute on the grandfather clock left, we solved the puzzle. After The Gate was done, my friend and I decided that we would take advantage of their 2 games in a day discount and we elected to do "Lost and Found", as a group as well. Although quite different than "The Gate", was just as entertaining. Our group finished Lost and Found with 5 minutes to spare. In hindsight, Perplexity was one of my favourite escape rooms of all time, due to its value, outstanding staff, complimentary games room and the exceptional room itself. This should top the list of anyone who is into Escape rooms - or isn't. The level of attention to detail they put into the Escape room (and before and after) in superior to others. Perplexity is worth it! Please continue to support this small business, they deserve it. I have an idea for a new escape room there: a time machine mystery, since Perplexity makes 1 hour feel like 5 minutes. As the old saying goes, time flies when you're having fun.

Went for the first time last week with my spouse and did The Elevator which was very fun. Sid and Ray were super helpful and gave very clear explanations about the room. It has a very cozy lounge area with board games while you wait. I will definitely be back.
