  As soon as I was seated, the pleasant waitress brought over a cup of hot tea. The bowl of Pho was delicious. Very clean. Decorated with plants and orchids. Lovely atmosphere

  Loved this Vietnamese restaurant . The Bar menu is so good and everything we tried was delicious. Service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was great. Must order: Fried chicken nugget with salted and vermicelli and tofu are absolutely delicious.

  I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant, especially since authentic Asian restaurants aren’t always easy to come by in the neighborhood. Having had my fair share of Vietnamese food, I went in with high hopes. While I can’t speak to the pho on this visit, I decided to try two of the menu’s special dishes and left feeling quite disappointed. The Bún Bò Huế, a beef noodle soup, had a broth that fell flat—lacking the complexity and depth I expect from a traditional bowl. The toppings were interesting, but one large piece of pork on the bone was awkward to eat and didn’t add much to the experience. The most disappointing dish, however, was the Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm. Most of the components—like the spring rolls and blood sausage—were dry and one-dimensional in flavor. While the fermented shrimp paste might be a traditional accompaniment, I found it overwhelmingly salty and out of balance with the rest of the plate. The grilled pork chop was decent but nothing to write home about, and the lemongrass popcorn chicken—though fresh and crispy—lacked any real lemongrass flavor and just tasted salted. Overall, the quality of the food didn’t match the pricing, and I left feeling that this spot still has a ways to go in delivering the authentic flavors it aims for. Reply to owner: Thank you for your response, but I feel the need to clarify a few points. I never questioned the authenticity of your dishes—I simply shared my personal experience and taste preferences. Every restaurant has its own way of preparing dishes, and in this case, the ones I ordered just weren’t to my liking. That’s all. Regarding the grilled pork chop, I want to be clear: I did not remove anything or alter the dish before taking the photo. The picture I posted was taken the moment the plate was placed on our table, exactly as it was served. I never claimed there was only one pork chop, so I’m unsure why that was mentioned in your reply. A review is a reflection of a customer’s personal experience and opinion. I’m not writing this to harm your business—I’m simply sharing how I felt about the food. It’s disappointing to see the owner respond as if not liking a dish is somehow hostile or unfair. Constructive feedback is part of running a restaurant, and I hope in the future, differing opinions are met with more understanding.
