One of the most patient doctors I have ever been examined by, she listens so patiently and will answer all questions. Lady at the reception is very kind too and so are the ladies at the pharmacy, super helpful.

I was prescribed an incorrect dosage by Dr.Idu for my allergies, and unfortunately my symptoms worsened significantly while I was at work. I was sent home and had to seek care at urgent care the same day. This experience was both stressful and avoidable, and it has left me with little confidence in the care I received. I will not be returning to this clinic.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The doctor was unprofessional and told me to go see another doctor after already swiping my OHIP card. I was not provided with proper care or assistance and was simply told to look for a doctor elsewhere. If you’re looking for a family doctor or a walk-in clinic, I would not recommend this place.
