The place itself is really good — I liked the atmosphere and setup. However, the staff’s behavior could be much better. They don’t seem to know how to speak politely or treat customers respectfully. I visited around 6:20 PM on Sunday, and two staff members stood out for their attitude — one was a tall, slim guy and the other was a shorter one. Both came across as quite rude, which really affected the experience. The place has potential, but the staff definitely need some training on customer service and basic manners.

Good bowling alley, have tons of fun whenever I play with friends. Place is big, lots of lanes so can accomodate pretty large groups. The lanes have railings to prevent gutter balls too. Has a bar serving pitchers of beer and food counter with decent pub food at a good price. They'll bring the food to your lane too. The bowling animations are funny, the place goes glow in the dark at night too. Whoever's in charge of the playlist has great taste in R&B 👌. Definitely recommend going bowling here.

No regrets for choosing this place, had total fun being here. This location is busy so I would recommend having a reservation beforehand. There a plenty of lanes at this place. We went around 8 pm without reservations and still got the lane within 30 mints of waiting. I would still recommend making reservations to make most of your time. The weekend prices are bit but it was an experience for our kids. We ordered food there and Grace who works there helped us with our order as we had young kids! I really appreciate her help. Would love to go there again!
