  My twins joined Playdays early 2021. It was just started in our neighborhood. Amazing staff and facility. This is not my first experience with daycares but absolutely the best. The staff treat kids like their own, Manisha and Ramendeep are the best teachers along with many I can't list them all. I truly recommend this place. We will leave this coming August for JK with tons of great memories. Basma the supervisor is great communicator. She get feedback from the teachers and devlop plan for each child.

  Great experience with this play house. I started sending my boy (3 years) here and he was extremely happy to be a part of this day care.Teachers are extremely good.Miss Raman was one of the teachers and she is just excellent. Supervisor , Miss Basma is extremely caring and loving and understands kids… she is extremely cooperative and I highly recommend parents who are looking for the safest place, please enroll here. Staff - excellent Daily schedule - excellent Level of cooperation - Highest (if I compare with other day cares) Hygiene - excellent Day care infrastructure - excellent Thanks teachers and supervisor for providing the best service 🤩

  Thx for NOT protecting my child after you were told several times not to release child to X father because he was dangerous!! Don’t send your child here NOT safe!! My child was grabbed over the fence during playtime and they did not call the police. Took police 2 hours to locate my child thank god child was not hurt!!! They don’t understand what a restraining order and conditions are. Those are laws/rules put in place by the courts and police to protect a child! X father was not on paperwork (not allowed to pick up child due to retraining order) They never check ID either. Surprised someone didn’t shut you down by now. Response to owner: Ignorance, I’m not surprised! Who am I speaking with? Were u there? Isn’t it obvious. I stopped coming there because your company/employees jeopardized my child’s safety!! Seems like you don’t recall the details of the incident. Father was arrested and charged! Would you like police report?! Ms. Basma, police report and witnesses say child was taking over fence. I have pictures of the contract the father was not on it. No issues, seems like your company is the one with the issues and needs to learn the laws of Ontario.

  My son has been attending Playdays for a year and a half now and we are very pleased with his experience here. The staff are very friendly and professional. We feel our son is being well looked after and he has made great friends here. The space is clean, newly renovated and very bright with floor to ceiling windows! Our son is happy to go to school in the morning, enjoys the activities and the food provided. As a family we love the weekly lesson plans and the HiMama app which keeps us informed and able to reinforce the learnings at home and also make communication with the staff easy.

  Enrolled my 2 year old son last year for toddlers and pre-school schooler and he loves it at this daycare. Apart from what I seen it’s very a clean environment, spacious and room is well organized looking best. Karson teachers both in toddler and pre school is very nice and loving teachers especially both Miss Harpreet ,Ms Amandeep and few more very well outstanding teachers , they put a lot of effort with my son in class. My boy was very shy and didn’t speak much in class but i know both Miss Harpreet tried their best and he actually got better and better. Thank you to the staff at this daycare. Current still have my toddler son at this daycare and he’s more enjoying his days at this centre.
