  I love my daughter’s daycare. The teachers are very understanding and supportive and as much as they have to be attentive with so many kids, they are very focussed on individualized education and support for each child. My daughter has made a lot of friends there and she has learned so much in her time that she’s been there, especially in the 3 to 5 years at playtime. She recently got a minor eye injury there, complete accident when the kiddos were playing, and the staff went over and above to help and support her and informed me right away and dealt with everything very professionally and lovingly. I’m very happy with our experience there, and so is my daughter. 👍 all the way! 💕

  My son recently started attending this daycare for the first time, and I was initially worried about how he would adapt since he had only ever spent time with his mom and dad. I was surprised when the teacher confidently suggested that he could stay for a full day on his very first visit. Everyone at the daycare is amazing and truly knows their job. Every time I drop off or pick up my child, I notice the happy atmosphere and the genuine involvement of the teachers in the children's lives. I would especially like to thank Navjot, who has been exceptional. She is always happy to share details about my son's day and even shows me photos of his activities. She's attentive to his nap schedule and keeps me informed about all the little things that matter so much as a parent. Unfortunately, my son will be moving to another daycare closer to home. However, if we ever return to this area, I would be more than happy to join this wonderful daycare again. Thank you for everything! Alesia and Keanu 😊

  Our daughter took a longer time transitioning into daycare but the educators were very loving and patient which helped her overcome initial hesitations. She is now very confident and happy, making our mornings much easier. We appreciate Playtimes commitment to offering a safe and nurturing space for our child to grow and thrive.

  Like most parents we were nervous about the transition to daycare. But the management and teachers went out of their way to help my daughter slowly transition at her own speed. She loves going to see her friends everyday and tells me all about the fun activities the teachers do with them. I’ve been so impressed by the amount of individual attention each child gets and the level of care she has received. The ECEs are amazing, big shout out to Dilpreet, Kiran and Randeep. They make sure that we know what she has been doing all day and did a great job working with us on potty training. She always comes home clean and happy. The classroom is safe, hygienic, clean and seems to constantly have new/fun activities to engage in. And perhaps best of all, it feels like they made us part of the family.
