I visited this playground twice with my 1 year old. The first time I went to book a party I was not that impressed mainly because it was very dirty and the girl at reception spoke highly about how much cleaning she does. There was alot of dust balled up between the climbers and mats, lots of wrappers on the floor, balloons floating around from birthday parties.. I guessed. so I let my child play for a bit to feel it out. I went the second time to book and play but I just couldn't do it. Dirt everywhere, from the front door to the top of the climbers. The mats were disgusting, the same wrappers sitting there collecting dust on them, my kid kept picking up things. I couldn't bother. Won't be back

I had the privilege of enrolling my child at Polkadots Montessori and Playland after a challenging experience at another daycare. My journey began when my Covid-born baby was ready for daycare, and I initially chose a Montessori program in Brampton (Applewood Montessori Academy and Daycare). Unfortunately, that experience was not what I had hoped for. Having known Ms. Josette for over 10 years and witnessing the positive impact she had on my older child, I knew I could trust her. Ms. Josette, the principal of Polkadots Montessori, is an exceptional leader—driven, dedicated, and wholeheartedly committed to the well-being of the children, staff, and the school as a whole. My youngest has been enrolled at Polkadots since she was 14 months old, and it has been an incredible experience. She has blossomed in the nurturing environment provided by Ms. Josette and the wonderful team of educators. My child is thriving, happy, and constantly learning. In fact, she loves attending school so much that she sometimes looks forward to it even on weekends, which speaks volumes about the positive and engaging atmosphere at Polkadots. I wholeheartedly recommend Polkadots Montessori and Playland. The care, attention, and education my child receives are exceptional, and I am confident that any family who chooses this school will be equally pleased. You will love everything about it!

We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Polkadots Playland with a scheduled time slot from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. While we were aware of the two-hour limit, we were very disappointed with how the staff handled the end of the event. Starting well before the end time, the front desk staff repeatedly reminded us to wrap up and be out by 7:30 PM, creating unnecessary pressure and discomfort in front of our guests. One staff member even came into the party room at 7:15 PM to tell us we only had 15 minutes to clean up and leave. At exactly 7:30 PM, we were essentially kicked out — no grace period, no courtesy. It was extremely embarrassing, especially as some of our guests had just arrived a little before. There was no flexibility or hospitality, which is unfortunate for a children’s party venue. We expected better communication and customer service for a place that caters to family events. Sadly, we left feeling rushed and insulted, and this left a sour impression on what should have been a joyful day for our child.

We recently celebrated our son's 5th birthday here. This is a great place for kids. Neat and clean. All the kids who came to the party enjoyed themselves . Even little toddlers had a great time in the separate area designated for them . Our hostess was absolutely amazing, very helpful with putting up decorations, checking with us from time to time if we needed anything. All in all a very satisfying experience for us. Would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.

We just celebrated our daughter’s bday at POLKADOTS and it was AMAZING ! it is exactly what I was looking for. Kids had a blast. The place is perfectly for the amount of kids we invited and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely we will book more parties there. Thank you Josette ! 🥰
