  My son has been at Precious Pearls for over a year now. We had transferred him from another daycare where we were not happy with their level of attention or management overall. Our experience with Precious Pearls has been fantastic so far. The management team is very pleasant, professional and responsive. They run a very effective learning program and it shows with my son’s progress. The teachers are very professional and attentive. You can tell that they really care about the kids. They constantly provide updates and proactively reach out to work on our son’s progress. We’ve in fact been so happy that we’ve referred several friends and they’re also very happy.

  Like every mum you feel anxious when you leave your daughter in a daycare! However, this feeling vanished on the first week in Precious pearl. The owner Caroline is very professional and you can feel that all the staff is a big family! The family that you want your kid to be involved in! It’s been 3 months since my daughter joined Precious pearls. Deem and Alhan (her teachers) are amazing, caring, loving and most importantly they love what they do. You can feel it! The variety of the food and the snacks is incredible and it’s homemade with love. In the class they are well organized and the activities are enthusiastic, fun and educational. I can say that precious pearl is HOME and not just a daycare.

  My son recently graduated from Precious Pearls and is now attending elementary school. This place is a hidden gem. We have been very happy with our choice to send our kids here [my younger daughter currently goes there]. The staff are incredibly warm, caring and truly make your kids feel loved and safe. As a parent of a child with severe food allergies, I was naturally very anxious about sending my son to daycare when I needed to return to work. This changed very quickly after my interactions with Caroline and her staff. They have always been on top of everything and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. To know that your child is in good hands while they are away from you is a huge relief and we are so grateful to all the staff at Precious Pearls that have been so patient and kind with our little ones. In particular, Miss Natalie, Miss Suha, Miss Pam, Miss Priya and Miss Deem have all been wonderful with our kids. This child care centre is excellent, clean and has a very nice natural playground with lots of shade for the little ones. The classrooms all have lots of natural light and age appropriate toys and activities for the kids. The only negative comment I have is about parking. Depending on the time you arrive, it can sometimes be very hard to find a spot or it’s very busy and people are parked in places they shouldn’t be - causing even more congestion. Overall we have been very happy with Precious Pearls and would highly recommend!

  My daughter has been attending Precious Pearls now for a year and we love this daycare for many reasons. The teachers in her classroom are incredible. They are patient, kind and loving (which is not always easy when dealing with 15 toddlers 😆). My daughter loves all three of them (Deem, Alhan & Holly). She is excited to see them everyday. She tells me stories of how they comfort her when she’s sad, how they play with her, make her laugh and help her communicate her feelings. When we did potty training the teachers were so kind & helpful that my daughter was potty trained in a week. As a mom l feel comfortable that she’s getting well cared for in my absence which is the most important thing. Secondly my daughter eats so well at Precious Pearls! She is the pickiest of eaters at home but when she’s there she tries new flavours and meals and eats it all! I’m still shocked with how much she enjoys the food. Also the admin staff (Caroline & Miriam) are just as great as her teachers. They are prompt, responsive and helpful. We are so thankful to have found precious pearls!
