  At Eyes Childcare, my daughter had a wonderful year with competent staff and the directors. Jamella was always prompt to answer questions and help our needs. Caty, the ECE, is an amazing collaborator of the team and my daughter loves her so much. The Center is clean, and its structure is well settled for children. I really recommend this childcare. My daughter misses all of the workers who are so caring and loving towards her! Thank you for all everyone has done for my daughter! Miss you already!♥️

  Jemella Clarke is highly unprofessional and arrogant supervisor at this location. When I got to know and see in person that they use EXPIRED ITEMS AND ADDICTIVE CONTAINED ITEMS to make kid’s food then I did complaint to Jemella with proof but she didn’t reply on my complaint which I sent her with proper proof of pictures (see photos taken in last week of August) and also I had complaint about the scratches and cut marks on my kid’s face got from their center, my kid is very brilliantin in study who never fight with anyone and also I noticed 1 kid in class was beating other kids but Jemella didn’t consider that as a serious note. After found expired item being used in kitchen and noticed that they served egg’s items to my kid dispite of our declarationI written in form that we don't eat egg, meat, fish and anything from animal except milk. We decided to remove my kid from the centre and given 1 month notice to them and Jemella also acknowledged but she removed my kid’s stuffs from class and deregistered my our account and deactivated our kid’s profile before completion of notice term and also she replaced my kid to some new admission. When we tried to talk her on this,she not just even refused to talk with utmost arrogance but also hold our fully paid fee of September month and security deposit which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable . The teachers especially Ms. Lovepreet, Mrs. Shaina & Ms.Denita were so caring and kind. But be mindful that it is not just to send your kid to daycare or preschool where they happily play, it is also important to notice what they are eating and learning there too. Many Thanks to the Owener Mr. God’s Love who considered our issue and refunded the fee and deposit that was held by Ms. Jemella. She should be removed from the centre for the welfare of the children and it will be in the interest of the centre too.

  My daughter went to Pristine Pearls from June 2024 to August 2025 and they far exceeded our expectations. The staff and supervisors were consummate professionals, patient and provided the stability our family needed. My daughter cried every weekend because she wanted to see all her teachers and friends. There were days when I was emotionally fatigued from work and they jumped in to assuage my fussy toddler. They instilled in her confidence to be herself which made the transition to jk smooth. I highly recommend Pristine Pearls to friends and family.

  My son received care at this facility from 2022 to 2025. He started off at just 18 months of age and with special learning needs. The entire staff was extremely thoughtful and caring of his needs and the center helped us in accessing the resources necessary for our son's support. During the period I got a chance to interact with 3 different supervisors and they were all very professional and courteous and mindful of our needs. I am going to recommend this place wholeheartedly and wish them all the best.
