Support staff is very warm and polite once you walk in. Feels like you are having a friendly chat with your neigbour. Very warm and pleasant. Dr Wafa is extremely patient with patients. She asks the right questions, listens to your explanation and ask follow up questions. She made me feel so comfortable and listened to my needs. I didn't feel rushed.
