We tried 3 daycares in Richmond before finding Raindrop, and OMG what a difference! The teachers actually understand toddler tantrums my 18mo used to scream during drop-off, now he runs to hug Ms.Malissa.

The teachers take meticulous care of their daily needs and organize a variety of enriching activities. From not being able to speak to now chattering away and expressing themselves freely, they have also grown taller and become very polite. Their life skills have been well cultivated. As parents, we see this and feel deeply grateful. Thank you, teachers, for all your hard work!

Both of my children attended this daycare, and we had a fantastic experience. The environment is warm, welcoming, and well-structured for young learners. The teachers are incredibly responsible, patient, and truly care about the well-being and development of each child. My kids always felt happy and safe here, which gave me great peace of mind as a parent.

The centre has a nice-looking website, but what really matters is what happens day to day. Unfortunately, the sound of children crying is constant, and it seems the teacher is struggling to maintain a calm environment. While we understand kids can be noisy, this level of disruption affects the surrounding community. We hope the staff can find better ways to support the children and also be more mindful of the impact on neighbours. A bit more attention to community harmony would go a long way.
