  My children were participating in the complimentary program of summer camp in this amazing academy by supporting Linda Shirley. Her kindness has built this place wonderful for all - children, staff and parents. That how I felt every time I was dropping off and picking up my children. The atmosphere is friendly and my boys liked the place and teachers so much. My children have ADHD, usually it takes longer for them to get used for a new place, but after 2 days in the academy they asked me to allow them to visit here during all the summer break. They spent much time outside and were doing different things everyday, so my boys were excited to go there every day. It's amazing place, where children are beloved. Thank yo so much Linda for your kindness, caring and the chance for my boys to participate your amazing programs!

  Our children have been going to afterschool care here for a few years. They love the bus pickup, the computer and cooking classes included in the program and the friends they have made. Our children have also taken piano at the Arts Conservatory at the same location which is very convenient. We highly recommend the Spark program and Wondercamps at Renaissance.

  My kids love this school, they have excellent programs. When my girls first started she was so shy and timid and thank to the supporting team at the Renaissance kids. She have grown up to be an independent and well rounded little girl. I mean this school is not cheap...definitely more high end but it’s worth every penny in my opinion.

  My son has been attending Renaissance Kids since he was 15 months old. He's 3 years old now and loves his daycare! He talks about his teachers and friends all the time. Whenever I email a question to one of the managers or administrators, I always receive a quick reply back. The school is bright, beautiful, and clean. The children participate in quality programming including music, art, dance, drama, French, and more! The teachers are very caring, patient, and friendly. I've been especially impressed with how they have been handling the pandemic. They stayed open for children of essential workers and others who needed childcare. An RK@Home online option was available for virtual classes. The kids and teachers could stay in touch with each other through occasional Zoom parties=) When the kids gradually started returning to daycare, Renkids adapted the physical space as best they could to keep kids and families safe. I am a health care worker and a business owner. I sympathize with how challenging it is to keep a business running during this time. Even with government support, there are bills to pay, staff to manage, things to clean, new cleaning equipment to buy, and customers who you hope will be loyal and stay with you. The most important thing to me is that my child is happy, and he definitely is at Renkids! Thank you Renkids for being such a positive contribution to the Steveston and Richmond community.

  The SPARKS program is amazing. The educators are truly patient and kind, creating a warm and supportive learning environment. One of her favorite parts of the day is the school bus pick-up! She recently took a cooking class and absolutely loved it. The focus on healthy and quick snacks that kids can make themselves is fantastic, and she’s gained so many valuable skills along the way. The lessons in food safety and learning how to cook safely have been incredibly beneficial. Even better, she’s now practicing important life skills like cleaning up after herself and washing dishes, which makes us so proud. The biggest sign that she loves her time thete is she never wants to leave when it’s pick-up time! We’re so grateful for the positive impact this place has had on her and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment.
