This is a great place, but on to Tails in the Park, people r coming with dogs without lease. And some time people r coming to train their dogs, their dogs running wild in the park. The sign placed in the park to put go's on lease is very small, all most ineffective!

Super disappointed on our experience as the front staff seemed nice and the maintenance who Let us see the space was accommodating. We had a baby shower here over the summer and it was a horrible experience. The maintenance on duty this time was very rude even turned off the AC early so we lost an hour of the time we booked since it got too hot. We also had an incident where he noticed someone nursing their baby in the storage room and instead of apologizing, he flung and propped the doors open. I brought the experience up with the coordinator who helped us book and she ghosted us. We would rather pay extra at a different region/municipality than ever rent with Richmond Hill again.

Great playgrounds and facilities

Lots of great programs run out of here. I love the long glass window that looks on to the playground. Its clean and not super busy. Staff is nice and helpful

The pool is okay and the facility has some program rooms, so there’s stuff going on most of the time. The place is generally fine but could use a bit more maintenance and friendlier service at the front desk. Not bad, not amazing, just a typical neighbourhood community centre.
