I visited this clinic back in October for an implant consultation, and honestly, the experience went downhill fast. The staff were warm at first, so I thought I was in good hands. But then they took X‑rays multiple times, and when I asked why, they flat-out told me it was because I booked through Opencare and they needed to bill enough to justify the commission they pay. That was my first red flag. The hygienist was friendly, but somehow, after this cleaning, I magically ended up with “new cavities” that weren’t there before. I spent over an hour there and still didn’t get to speak to the doctor about the actual reason I booked the appointment — the implant. When I finally met him, he barely cared. He spent maybe two minutes with me and talked almost exclusively about billing, insurance, and payment plans. The whole visit felt like a money grab. They didn’t even confirm my Opencare appointment afterward — I had to call three times to get it done. Overall, terrible experience. They care way more about billing than patients.

I just had my dental cleaning done here and my experience was amazing. The booking over the phone was done by Reshma who is exceptional in customer service. She was patient and courteaous with my changed plans and suggested new dates. The hygienist Bhumika is an expert. She explained the condition of my teeth very well and advised what needs to be done in future. She has very good hands and was extremely professional in her work. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get dental services done. Simply wonderful experience.

Its super clean and a very convenient location, lots of parking as well! Front staff are great and friendly. Check this place out if you're looking for a new spot! Very helpful staff also.
