  This was my first time using Rocket Doctor and an online medical service, and I had a great experience. Booking was quick and easy, and I got an appointment within 24 hours. The communication was clear and helpful, making the process stress-free. Both the coordinator and the doctor were professional and respectful of my time. The doctor was punctual, attentive, and thorough. I would definitely recommend Rocket Doctor

  I would give this company no stars if I could, because of his disorganized they are and the lack of concern for peoples time. I initially used Rocket Doctor, because it appears quick and given the fact that my doctor was on leave and needed a referral to get into a specialty clinic, I thought this was a good resource. I booked an appointment in early December and when the appointment came, I was waiting over an hour for a doctor that never showed. 7 hrs go by and an agent gives me a call informing me that the appointment was cancelled. I asked the agent how is it that you are calling me hours later to inform me about something I already knew and I didn't show up I would have been charged $40 dollar. The agent makes another appointment for me and once the appointment comes, the doctor is late, but tells me the referral will take 2 weeks due to the holidays. I said fine no problem. Two months go by and the clinic reached out to me asking me about the status of my referral and of course I am confused. I reached out to Rocket Doctor and ask for someone to call me and I get no answer. A week goes by and someone finally gives me a call and they tell me that they have been unable to locate or hear from the doctor. At this point, I am livid, as this has delayed the care I have been waiting for. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but it appears supervisors do not exist with this company. The agent simply says I am calling to rebook your appointment. At this point, this would be my third one. I get a call the next day saying, oh the doctor is not available anymore and they want to book a fourth appointment. This company is an absolute joke and has no consideration for peoples care or their time. It would have been easier for me to go to a walk-in clinic and Rocket Doctor simply says sorry. How unprofessional and unreliable. Please do not waste your time with so called easy to use system.

  My experience with Rocket Doctor was great! It's a very convenient and quick process to make an appointment. Within 30min of teaching out for an appointment I was connected with a friendly doctor. This program is a wonderful idea for those of us that get anxious at doctor's offices. Thank you and I will definitely use you again. Highly recommend!

  This was my first time using Rocket Doctor after waiting in line at my local walk-in clinic and not being able to see anyone. My experience was great. After I filled out the forms, an admin support staff member called me and provided a time when the doctor would contact me. We discussed my symptoms, and my prescription was promptly ordered and faxed to my local pharmacy. The doctor was professional, kind, and thorough.
