I absolutely love bubble waffles ever since I had them at a few places in Toronto (they were called Hong Kong waffles). Such a fluffy, delicious waffle. The ice cream and its add-ins were great. I loved the strawberry bits. I'll have to try the ice cream "rolls" although they look strange! The staff was very nice. It's a new store so it's very clean. Nice big accessible washroom as well for anyone that needs it.

I’ve always enjoyed Roll Me Up Ice Cream — their desserts are great and I’ve had good experiences before. But during my recent visit, I was disappointed with the service and attitude. I ordered a latte and simply asked if it was a hot drink. The server replied sarcastically, “Yeah, latte is supposed to be hot.” Later, he brought the drink topped with whipped cream and a straw. From its appearance, it looked like something reasonably warm and ready to drink — not piping hot. Unfortunately, it was extremely hot and burned my mouth. When I mentioned this to the server, his response again was dismissive — “Yeah, it’s supposed to be hot.” It wasn’t about the temperature; it was about the lack of concern and tone. I still like this place for its food, but a little more politeness and care in customer interaction would make the experience much better.

My kids wanted ice cream after school so we came to Roll Me Up for the first time. When being served by Anil my daughter says “mom may I have my birthday here”. Without hesitation Anil said sure and asked us when and how many friends we had. Taken back my emotions I was so thankful. Anil and his team were super supportive and accommodating because my daughter also wanted a Princess. Today at Roll Me Up was truly amazing from start to end. We could not ask for a better experience. Happy parents, kids and birthday girl.

Wonderful place and tasty food. The waffle was perfectly made and the ice cream was incredibly delicious, a perfect indulgence. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The employee who assisted us was friendly, efficient, and made our experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for both the quality of the ice cream and the wonderful service!
