    I'm absolutely blown away by the amazing children's program every second Saturday. My son loves it and I can't believe this is all free! Even though only my oldest is enrolled they stopped by our house with a Christmas gift for both of my kids! And a full ham dinner. Absolutely incredible team who runs this! Many thankyous ❤️ my youngest is so excited to join next year too!

    Amazing place! Niagara College rented the Rose City Kids for our annual FRAT Awards (essentially the Oscars for the Film, Radio, Acting and Television students at the college) The staff was so great in helping us set up and get ready for our big event. Overall we had a very sucessful 2 day event and we couldnt have been more lucky to have such a perfect location. It really helped with the illusion of being at the Oscars.

    Awful customer service and very unprofessional. They don’t respond when you try to contact them, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I spoke with one staff member who confirmed my rental date, but after viewing the space, another staff member (Sonia) told me it was not available. The way this situation was handled felt discriminatory, and even after I expressed how I felt, Sonia’s response was dismissive and unacceptable. Avoid this place especially if you’re a person of colour.

    Thank you Rose City Kids for the work you are doing in the community.🙏🏾💕 You guys do a lot of amazing work with the children and families from diverse backgrounds, including many people of color. I saw a recent post and trying to reply under the review but I can’t. It sounds like there was some miscommunication and I hope the client understand specially Sonia is she is not the person you described her as on that post she’s the opposite. Hope you're able to speak with them directly to get more clarity. Once again a big thank you Rose City Kids and the staff. 🤗🙏🏾
