My daughter was here for about 4 months in the infant room and we had the most amazing experience! I’m a first time mom and Nicole plus the rest of the staff made the transition to starting daycare so easy for us. This is a wonderful facility with very caring teachers and staff. My daughter was happy at drop off and pickup, and we received daily updates through the app with pictures. Truly there are no complaints and we will miss the staff dearly.

Our family has had such an amazing experience at RYCC, and as our son’s time here comes to an end, we are feeling incredibly grateful and a little emotional. This place has truly been like a second home for him. Nicole, the owner, is absolutely amazing — her passion, leadership, and genuine care for every child are unmatched. Niki, the office administrator, is simply the best! She’s not only great at what she does but is also one of the kindest, most helpful people we’ve had the pleasure of knowing. From day one, she made us feel welcomed, supported, and at ease. The teachers at RYCC are nothing short of wonderful. Their dedication, warmth, and encouragement have helped our son grow in so many ways. Whether it was learning new skills, building friendships, or just having fun every day, he loved every minute of his time there. With junior kindergarten starting this fall, it’s bittersweet to say goodbye. We’re so proud of how far he’s come, and we know RYCC played a huge role in that. He will definitely miss the centre, the amazing staff, and all the little moments that made his time there so special. Thank you, RYCC, for giving our son such a strong, joyful start. We’ll always carry warm memories of this incredible place.

My child attended RYC for 9 months and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The owner is approachable, always open to addressing any concerns and willing to accommodate individual needs when possible. The staff who cared for my child were exceptional, they truly made him feel loved, valued, and well-cared for. He enjoyed his time at the centre, made good friends and still asks about some of them to this day. Deciding to leave RYCC was a difficult choice, but one we had to make. I’m grateful for all the support my family got from the team since day one. I have nothing but positive comments about them and highly recommend the centre to anyone who wishes to have their kids in good hands.

Last year my son attended RYCC prior to his start in JK. What a wonderful experience! From the director to the staff, the care and support shown my son was nothing short of incredible. He enjoyed it so much, he asks to stop and visit to say hi and see his 'old friends'. I highly recommend this centre and if my son had a younger sibling, they would be at RYCC!
