You know what would be great? Knowing the hours. Either on this Google page or oh I dont know voicemail? Have you heard it? Barely understand what she is saying. What happened to the other lady?

Dr. Comay was my doctor growing up. He was a awesome doctor and I was felt comfortable going to him even when I was scared to go to the doctor. Nothing but awesome memories. Thanks a lot Comay! 🧑🏻‍⚕️

Horrible service and incompetent receptionist! Rude, she hang up on me when I tried to confirm an appointment for my son. She did not find his file, not even after I have spelled his last name 5 times and she wrote it down, not even after I have provided the Health Card information. She told me she can't find the file anywhere, that she has to look to see if there are other pacients with his name in the system and that she will call me the same day- she didn't. I called the next day and spoke with her again, I had to go through the same questions again...Seriously, how hard it is to find a patient in the computer if all information was provided? How many patients had the office with my son's Health Card number? Why do I gave to spell "Grant" 5 times? The office lost my son's file with all vaccination records and any trace in the computer. All gone. I asked how is this possible, how can a patient's info dissapear without a trace. My son went to this pediatrician since he was born 3 years ago and we never had a problem like this. I cannot explain what is going on there but the last experience with the office clerk was horrible. She ended up putting me on hold and after 15 minutes of waiting the phone call was disconnected. She didn't want to answer my question if she found something in the system ot not. I would fire the rude and obviously incompetent receptionist in a heart bit. I don't think she has a clue of what she is doing. Unbelievable poor service!
