Use to love the YMCA. In 2023 I called to cancel my membership after having it on hold. The restarted taking payments - will not credit back. Tell me :They would want it in writing today. They have poor customer service and still have not fixed my account. I am so disappointed in this buisness that I loved.

Just get membership for my 2 sons for swimming lessons there. But , I don’t like the schedule, only 1 a week. And the kids really do not learn much each time. When cancel they changed $25 what they did not say at the beginning. Not worth to go there ! Terrible customer services.

Just had my son's 4th Birthday at the YMCA in Saint John and the experience was fantastic! Ashley the coordinator was excellent and having use of the gym and the community room was perfect for the busy age of our party guests!

The YMCA Saint John is a fantastic place for the whole family. The facilities are top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and a warm therapy pool that's perfect for relaxation. The gym is well-equipped, and there are courts for basketball and pickleball, providing plenty of options for exercise and fun. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. It's a welcoming and positive environment that caters to all ages. Highly recommended!

Poor customer service when having issues. Joined after being provided incorrect information from a staff member during a tour. YMCA did not own up to their mistake and refused a refund after paying the joining fee for a service we could not use. Complete waste of time and money.
