It cost around $300 for 5 of us to have a 30 minute experience (not counting the $60 deposit) playing "Deadwood valley" the mic/headset didn't work, the aiming/tracking for the guns were off, the staff did nothing to resolve any issues and prompted for tip during payment. Waste of time and money. The graphics and gameplay are amazing though, very immersive, VR is impressive. Update: After my initial review I was contacted by the owner and given a complimentary session due to the technical problems we had (excellent customer service) Our second session was "Deadwood Phobia" and they went out of their way to make sure everything went perfectly. Above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Excellent experience. I wish I could have a VR setup like that in my own home. Since my first session at Sandbox VR I tried Zero Latency as well. It was great but if you're wondering which is better, Sandbox VR wins by far for Graphics and immersive experience.

Really good place to celebrate and enjoy VR game. They are very professional especially at last part they’ll share the videos with you to let you know how you played how is your team and the rank. The stuff also so kind to support and help. Recommend the stuff in our shift: Gab, a girl wear glasses 🤓 maybe named Ivy. Thanks for the support.

My girlfriend and I had a great time doing squid games I brought her here as a surprise so I was a little nervous if she was going to like it and she absolutely loved it! It does take time to get used too. Your body feels like you're inside of the game employees were good. We paid about $130 for one session for two people. Spent 30 minutes in VR room definitely something that you have to put on your bucket list and do at least once in your life!!! We can't wait to try the rest of them

Had a lot of fun for my first experience. I'm not much of a gamer but the interactive play made it a lot more enjoyable for me. Would 100% recommend Sandbox VR for anyone looking for a cool interactive gaming experience. AmberSky was great for my smaller group of 3. You work up a sweat! Thanks Joy especially and the rest of the staff for curating a seamless experience.
