Today I had an amazing appointment with Dr Isabelle and Shana. They were so caring and gave me so much information in regards to my situation. They also made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Definitely come to this dental clinic. They will make you feel great and look great too.

Lisa, Judy, her bestie next door, and Dr. Cummandra, and everyone at the reception treat every patient with genuine care, professionalism, and warmth. They make each visit feel comfortable and welcoming, and their kindness adds a little brightness to the day. I’m grateful for the way they approach their work and the people they help. Catherine, R.D.H., was so gentle and meticulous during my cleaning that I genuinely found myself drifting off— had to keep myself awake haha— her precision and soft touch made the whole experience feel calm and effortless. And Dr. Nazli was just as wonderful— so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reassuring. She knew exactly when numbing was needed and when it wasn’t, always balancing comfort with care in a way that made me feel completely at ease. The professionalism and kindness you both brought to your work made what could have been stressful feel safe and comforting. I truly appreciate the care you gave me, even if I’m a little late in saying it. P.S, for some reason I cannot add more than one review here on google, but I’ll be adding more to Yelp instead in the future as that allows more than one review !!

I love coming to Scarboro Smiles. Dr Isabel is a vibe. She makes you feel so comfortable and I appreciate that she is so informative. I also have to shoutout the hygienists, dental assistants and the lovely Ladies at the front. Thanks Linda!! Always smiling and dedicated to you. I had a root canal and it was pain free and I’m scared to say - it was very pleasant 🫣. Another bonus - it’s in the mall so it’s free parking.

Greeted with a smile by the people at the reception desk and they directed us to which rooms our children would have their teeth cleaned. Our children were a little nervous but it went smoothly due to the fantastic customer service by the dental staff who work here at ScarboroSmiles. Dr. Isabel and the Dental Hygienists Evangelina and Shana were very informative and educational to our children and us parents about our kids teeth and good oral hygiene. When the cleaning was done the kids received a new toothbrush and toothpaste and they got to choose a toy in the treasure chest along with a helium filled balloon. ScarboroSmiles is an excellent dental office and we left with a positive experience.

They were friendly without feeling scripted, and everything ran smoothly, which immediately set a good tone for the appointment. The X-ray technician was kind, efficient, and professional. They explained what was needed, worked quickly, and made the process feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Nazli Abhari was truly wonderful. She was thorough, patient, and very attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She has a calm, reassuring manner and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and the quality of her work. What really stood out to me was how consistent the experience was across the entire team. Every interaction felt respectful, thoughtful, and professional. It’s clear this clinic is well run and that patient care is a real priority here. I left feeling well taken care of and confident in the care I received.
