The staff and support at Serendipity are wonderful. They provide open communication with parents, an easy transition to starting at the centre for the first time and they use the HiMomma app to keep parents in the loop of how their kiddos day is going. Kids get lots of outdoor time, consistency in their routines & age appropriate adaptations to their schedules. They are always utilizing developmental based activities and explain what skills each activity is building and exploring. Highly recommend the centre!

I love this daycare! They made my transition back to full-time work as stress-free as possible. They send pictures every day, and take the time to work with each child's individual needs and personalities. My son loves Courteney and Fatima, and I feel comfortable knowing that he's well taken care of during the day. Thank you so much for everything!

Our son started here this past spring and the care that has been provided to him has been exceptional. The staff will look after your children as if they were their own - I would highly recommend this place to any parent. The daily updates and full report that they provide at the end of the day is also such a nice touch. We know our son is well taken care of, is safe, is learning, and has a lot of fun at Serendipity.

Serendipity is like a second home to my children, both of them absolutely loved the wonderful staff and all of the activities and learning experiences. Their staff has very little turnover (which is amazing), my daughter has the same teachers 4 years later that my son loved whe he attended. They are like a family and I couldn't recommend them enough!

My daughter has attended this daycare since she has been 3 months old. I fully trust the staff here. What struck me when I did a tour here while pregnant is that in every room the teachers were holding children. This is how they treat my daughter as well. I can trust that my daughter is having a good time while here. The staff is also genuinely interested in child development and the well being of all the children
