  I purchased 2 female pumpkin shrimp, one male red and a sponge filter - the shrimp arrived in amazing condition, they were all healthy and full of energy! They were also packaged very well and the water was still warm after overnight shipping in -10. Incredible customer service as well, they were very nice and helpful!

  I got 5 Amano shrimps at Shrimp Fever (4 wild, and one orange tank bred), they’re all adapting very well! 2 already molted - they’re healthy, and I couldn’t be happier. The store’s livestock selection is stunning, everything looking very well maintained. These are pics of my tank ☺️ Thank you so much!!!

  Worst customer service ever through on line ordering after sales service lies and sick fish i got be careful. First two pictures he showed me the videos and the other three pictures are the deformed fish and you don’t need two people to see that she is deformed and does not look at all like what I am suppose to get. I ordered two pairs of apisto, he told me he has only one, and a male because he can’t find the other female. When I cancels the order he tells me he did find the other female she was hiding, here I start not feeling well, I asked him to send me a video to make sure I will get what he shows me, I did send him almost 300$, he delayed the shipping for one week I don’t know why claiming the weather, here again I start not feeling well again, what he does in January and February how he does online shipping !! Anyway so I waited a week later to get two sick female one deformed in the head as you in the pictures and the other she has internal parasite she does not eat because of the frozen food that he keeps feeding blood or black worms, I told him I never saw any of your video your fish eating pelts, he did not like what I said. Tommy claimed my aquarium is not good and I am the problem, I did send send him a video of all my apisto breeding with babies and my black ram breeeding with absurd and my two fish room to show him that I know what I am talking about, he did not like that either, he claimed my 40 years of experience is not good and kept making fun of that, I have theee kids and I have no intention to make this for two fish, all what I want is the right thing what I paid for, I even asked him that I will pay shipping fees. He did refuse he told me he make me a price for the two females. I don’t understand from where he got two females since he told me he has only one male ? Why he delayed shipping, and even asked me tiny to deal with him as above picture. All of this because for what I did pay and I got sick fish pictures prove that and I did send him even videos from day one. For a week now every night he sends me long stories tal about this situation and it is only two fish, why I want to go through this, I am being honest and I told him for two fish I paid for and they are dead they are sick the other two males are good eating very well and even more red from what he had. Anyway I will Escalade this I will not let go not for the fish it will cost me more and more headache just for his attitude with the customer claiming it is my fault even with the pictures I showed him. Worst customer service If I can give zero Tommy my friend thanks for the amazing customer service I will see you in court take my words I saw other bad reviews same story on line people got sick fish

  I got 10 golden back yellow neocaridina from the store about 3 weeks ago. The staff are very friendly and the store is clean. The man specifically tried to select a number of males and females based on my request and I got an 11th for free when I counted. Unfortunately 4 of the 11 died a few days after I got them. I wouldn't fault the store as I'm a beginner and assume it's something I did. 3 weeks later the remainder are happy and healthy. I've seen several good molts and many of them are saddled up!

  First time ordering from this business and I'm very happy with my purchase. All 6 shrimp arrived alive, alert, and expertly packaged. The shipping was expensive but they came very quickly and overall it's worth it to make sure the little guys got here safely. The shrimp I got were all very young and healthy too. Settled right into my tank no problem !! Definitely going to be ordering more livestock from here again in the future !!!
