  Great tasting food, amazing service... Made a good use of a cold winter Sunday with an early dinner at this restaurant. True to its Simply South image, it served great flavors and hospitality. Tried Nelloru fish curry and Chicken Ghee roast biryani... Haven't had these dishes before, so can't comment if it was authentic or no...but definitely flavorful. Loved the portion size too. Tried Nethi Bobbatlu.. tasted good.

  I can see why this place is popular. The food is quite tasty/flavourful, and the price is reasonable. Might be a bit spicy for those with low spice tolerance, but I found it to be good. The staff were polite and helpful, but my one complaint is the food slowly trickled out for only one person at a time. Usually, a restaurant will serve the entire table all at once, so no one is left waiting for their food. Also, I had to ask twice for a couple items we were waiting on. The atmosphere is family oriented, and good for casual conversation, but I found our table was squeezed in pretty tight with the table behind us. Would have preferred a bit more spacing. All in all, if they fixed the timing of the food delivery to the table, I would definitely come back, otherwise, takeout seems like the way to go.

  Great ambiance and servers are on top of it, especially Vamschee. Owner presence is also there- which is great. We ordered a number of starters : cut stuffed mirchi, gobi Manchurian, Manglorian shrimp, kaju chicken, Chennai chicken 65, dosas, parathas, chicken curry with pooris and the Malabar chicken curry . And while all of these were ok- the come again dishes were the hot and sour chicken soup and the peshwari whole chicken. The pooris and parotta were fresh and delicious and we preferred the Malabar chicken curry to the standard curry that comes with the poori combo. I think this was a one off but the mirchi was on the drier side- not so flavorful or fresh. Oh and the Irani chai (only during their evening snacks hours 3-7pm)- was delicious! Having said that- we would definitely go again to try some of the other dishes- the owners and staff were very attentive

  Super amazing place to dine in if you are a fan of South Indian style Non-Veg cuisine. Place is well decorated, and very tidy. Food taste is one of the Best I ever had. Staff is patient and friendly. I will strongly recommend to try this place. The prices are also reasonable. Good value for money if you compare taste of food and price. Super busy on the weekends. If you don’t like waiting then avoid going in the weekends.

  If you are looking for an authentic taste of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka without leaving the city, Simply South is a must-visit. The first thing you notice is the stunning interior—the warm glow from the tiered wicker pendant lights and the plush blue velvet booths create an upscale yet inviting atmosphere. The educational wall art detailing regional specialties like Kuchipudi dance and Mysore Masala Dosa adds a lovely cultural touch to the dining experience.
