The child care centre has been very beneficial for our little one who has been here a little over 1 year now. The teachers and support staff are very caring and very dedicated towards the children. Overall it has been a great find for our child

We have 2 different experiences with simplysmart the franchise since our daughter was enrolled at the woodbridge location from age 2 to 3 years. We later moved and transferred our daughter to the missisauga location. The woodbridge location was fine. However the missisauga location was horrible. The teachers could barely speak english and im certain they are not certified nor have the tools to effectively teach, monitor and supervise children. An example of this is when my daughter broke her arm while playing on the playground at simplysmart- not only did they fail to assess her upon the initial fall- they failed to report the incident. The teachers were found neglegent by the simplysmart director. There is a lack of diversity There is a high turnover of teachers and supervisors DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS I would absolutely not recommend simplysmart Worst "montesori"

We have two children attending SimplySmart, and we couldn't be happier with the care and education they receive. Our son is in the Alpha class, and we honestly couldn’t ask for better educators than Mrs. Jasmin, Ms. Sandeep, and Ms. Rajwinder. They show so much love and support to our little guy, and he is always excited to go to class. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the children, and that means the world to us. Our daughter is in the Gamma 2 class. She initially had a tough time transitioning, but her amazing educators—Mrs. Padaki and Ms. Tanvir—were incredibly supportive and patient. They made sure she felt safe and loved, and thanks to their dedication, she now enjoys going to class and is learning so much. We also want to express our appreciation for Mrs. Isabel, the director. She is truly wonderful—always willing to listen to any concerns and quick to respond. Her leadership and care give us so much confidence in the center. Because of these outstanding staff members, we feel completely comfortable and happy having our children at SimplySmart. Thank you all so much for the love, dedication, and care you show every day.
