Great experience thus far. The management and staff is really good. I especially want to acknowledge the staff, my son has a hard time adjusting form his nanny to daycare, he is not been easy to handle. The teachers and care givers have nothing been less than amazing. They take such good care, are so patient and polite and I find them so well trained in knowing how to manage their time and how to balance addressing the needs to different kids. Thanks a lot and I highly recommend this daycare!

I couldn’t be happier with this daycare! The staff is incredibly caring, professional, and attentive to my child’s needs. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, with plenty of activities that help my child learn and grow. I feel at ease knowing my little one is in such great hands every day. Highly recommend! Thank you for creating a safe space for my baby.

Simply Smart was my son’s first daycare, and he has been attending since September 2024. Our experience with the staff and caregivers have been nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly welcoming and loving, making us feel confident in their care. The transition of leaving our child in the care of others was smooth and reassuring, as the staff took the time to communicate openly and ensure both us and our son felt comfortable. The care givers are always available to answer any questions we may have, and they consistently provide all the details and updates we need about his progress and daily activities. We genuinely appreciate the level of care and attention they give to both our son and our family.

I can't say enough great things about Simply Smart Child Care Center & Montessori Montpelier at Brampton West location. From the very first day, the staff made me and my child feel like part of their family. The environment is warm, welcoming, and full of love and care. My child has flourished here, learning new skills every day and making wonderful memories. The teachers are not only attentive but truly passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond to ensure every child’s individual needs are met, creating a nurturing space for both play and learning. I also love how the daycare communicates regularly with parents, keeping us updated on our child's progress and activities. The facilities are always clean and well-organized, and the activities are engaging and developmentally appropriate. It's clear that Simply Smart Child Care Center & Montessori Montpelier cares deeply about the well-being and growth of each child. I feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my child to grow, learn, and make new friends. Highly recommend!

I without hesitation have always thought so highly of SimplySmart, to this day have no problems with the Montpelier location, the staff, director everything thing within this center is exactly want you want for your child and what they need; if I can rate this location solely it would be 5/5. My problem comes with the head office and the decisions they made in withdrawing my youngest son because of a medical condition. Sept 16th he had a surgery for a colostomy and now has an ostomy bag that would require to be emptied and he is semi potty trained. His surgery is to help him have bowel movements! The regional manager and director worked endlessly to advocate for us as a family and my son - but the decision ultimately came from head office - the decision to discriminate against a child, to state "their staff wouldn't be equipped to do it" - Do you think I was? I got training (which is free!) and why don't you trust your staff enough to be able to do it? They are all willing too because they know this child and how humble he is. Having an ostomy does not end someone's living or lifestyle - its supposed to go about it normally, but apparently not at Simply Smart! Harleen has on the site that Simply Smart is "to establish facilities that offered parents a sense of comfort, akin to a home away from home, while ensuring their children were nurtured in clean and aesthetically pleasing environments, receiving top-notch education and care." well that's a lie - unless your child has no issues, doesn't require additional care and attention, or have a medical situation - her approach to this is to just get by with the bare minimum to get money in her pocket. So all in all - Montpelier, absolutely a location I will always trust and recommend and my eldest son is still there and will end his preschool time there. Overall as a business - the head office has lost my trust and discriminates against medical situations and clearly doesn't trust their employees who work so hard and are willing to help make a difference! So if you are a family with a child who has medical needs - I would say depending on what it is look elsewhere , but if you don't require additional support and care yeah give them a try. >>Regarding your Reply<< You are completely incorrect by assuming that he would "need specialized one on one medical attention" there is no requirement for one on one care - nothing changes to his daily activities other than he will have bowel movement in a pouch rather than a diaper. The emptying of his pouch is something that can be taught to the educators that will in no way take any more time as it would be to change a diaper and no special licensing is required. It also will not in anyway affect the safety and compliance for any other child in the class or center. He is recovered from the surgical procedure there is no concern about that, as for the ostomy itself it does not impact his daily activities. Healthcare professionals only help in caring for the ostomy itself such as being a home care nurse not with education and early years learning. You say for "every child can thrive within training and safety standards" meanwhile you don't meet the standard of accessible education for students with disabilities or medical needs. You may want to review Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 // ONTARIO REGULATION 137/15 // Section: Health and Medical Supervision 39.1 Children with Medical Needs Currently you're not in compliance.
