Worst experience here. Took my daughter here when she was one year old and every time we would drop her off and pick her up she came to us crying out of control. 2 incidents we had in a matter of 3 weeks of her having an accident with her diapers and spilling everywhere. Now that our daughter is almost 3, she is talking more and she mentioned how they hit her on her head and she does not ever want to go back here again. Stay far away from this place. Act nice upfront but treated our daughter horribly.

My 1 year old Son is having a great time learning here with the Ladies Of Mount Carmel. Since he has been there, I have noticed his social skills develop. The ladies there are polite and welcoming. They are very attentive with my son and even provide daily logs to keep me up to date with his day. My wife and I are very happy with their services.

Iam not sure how can be a receptionist or administrator of a daycare talking so rude and uneducated. Called to ask for a spot and she couldn’t even respond an answer with full sentences. I dont think this is a good impression for me to put my child there
