Visited. Prices with One Piece cards are INSANE. Not only you have to be careful with buying dead packs but you gotta have to deal with scalper price with an official Bandai endorsed store? This is sus.

Screwed me on price. Lied to my face and told me they would sell as ‘Lightly played’ and had it listed as ‘near mint’ the next day, lies to customers and those selling cards alike. DO NOT SELL OR BUY HERE

I’ve purchased multiple MTG singles from Skyfox at various collector shows, as well as a few older sealed packs. Recently, I contacted them about some high-end cards and asked for photos to verify their condition. They promptly sent me detailed images from all angles, which gave me confidence in my purchase. When I finally pulled the trigger, they shipped the cards out right away, and the package arrived the very next day. I was incredibly impressed with their careful packaging — everything arrived safe and sound. I’ll definitely be making more purchases in the future. Thank you, Skyfox!

I made an order online, they took 3 days to ship 5 single cards. The offer free shipping for orders over $300 but the use Canada post as the shipping service. My order came friday February 13. Left a notice but because its Friday they didnt drop it off at the post office. Today is monday the 16 of February aka family day 2026. The damn stores are closed so now I have to wait until Wednesday the 18 because on the 13 the lady said wait until after 5pm family day to grab my package. Moral of the story, just do pickup or use tcgplayer/401games to avoid this headache. I literally live right around the corner from this place and it's taken a week and I still dont have my order. 0STARS IF I COULD

I have just picked up my last order from SkyFox Games and will actively avoid ordering from them in the future. Every time I order from them it is an inconvenient and uncomfortable experience. This is based on years of visits. Here are some reasons why I believe all collectors and enthusiasts should stay away from this location. 1. Pricing SkyFox has an impressive selection of products, including sealed tcg product and singles, figures and collectibles. The problem? Almost everything is marked up well above even the scummiest of scalpers. You will find something interesting and get excited only to be disappointed when the price is $10-20 over eBay pricing. Even recent sealed product that I'm sure they're getting wholesale is marked up. Recent Pokemon sets like Mega Evolution are marked up over $5 compared to their local competition, singles for well over the going rate compared to online pricing and other local stores. No wonder they have so much product available for sale. 2. Availability This issue is exclusively for TCG singles. You CANNOT walk into this store and look at singles. No binders, no boxes, nothing. Expensive stuff is locked away behind glass cases (as they should be), but even .25c singles will be kept away from the customer in some sort of storage room. To add insult to injury staff have been instructed not to pull singles for customers. That's right, not only can you not look at the singles yourself, the staff will refuse to pull something out for you if you ask even for small orders of 1-3 cards. So what options are left for you? You can order online using their website and pick up in store. I have begrudgingly placed a few orders over the years and the results are not impressive. A few times they took 2-3 days to pull small order (1-5 cards). Overall I would avoid this store. You pay a premium for poor service and they clearly don't value customers who walk in off the street looking to purchase singles.
