  There really aren't words for how amazing this place is, but I'll try. Our daughter has CP from birthing injury and as a result has both cognitive and physical challenges to overcome daily. Fed up with the quality of care available from our local private therapists in Wales, UK, we travelled to Ontario for an intensive block with Smile Therapy. Our daughter is loving her time here and even more importantly making solid progress in the right direction. We are seeing developments that we thought never possible, and also gaining valuable insight that has rekindled our hope for the future. The therapy techniques are refreshingly innovative and the passion & dedication of all the staff is something to behold. You are absolutely brilliant people!! Seeing the energy and commitment you put into making every session a happy time for both kids and their families, is something to behold. Thank You all for the wonderful job you do.

  We 10/10 recommend SMILE Therapy in Burlington. Our daughter has been receiving outstanding PT, OT and SLP services at this location for over a year and half. Our primary therapists ( Louise, Shruti & Danielle) are all experts in their respective fields and continually offer gentle guidance and tremendous support as we navigate what works best for our daughter. The entire SMILE Team creates a welcoming, positive and caring environment for not only their paediatric patients, but for parents as well. Each session at SMILE is intense ( in a good way!), with clear plans and specific goals.The therapists and incredible assistant team manage to maintain this high standard of practice while keeping it fun for the kids. Consistently, huge efforts are made to go the extra mile- remember a child's favourite toy, the things that scare them or even talk to them about siblings ( who they remember by name)! As a parent, this means so much to me and helps make the session a success. We are so grateful we have found SMILE Burlington and would most certainly recommend them to any family, whether local or the many families that travel internationally to come for intensive treatments.

  Took my son here who has cerebral palsy for an intensive. I honestly can’t say enough good things. You can tell of the therapists genuinely LOVE their job and care about the kids as well as being so skilled. We can’t wait to come back. My only bit of feedback is I wish the family waiting room was a bit more cozy/comfortable and had a bit more seating (couches) for those that have a long break in between sessions.

  We knew after just a few days into our first intensive at SMILE Therapy for Kids in Burlington that this was the place for us. Our daughter has now completed 4 intensives here, and we’re already planning more in 2026. We travel from NC twice a year because it’s absolutely worth it. The team is amazing—so well-rounded, collaborative, and truly invested in our child’s progress. She receives physio, occupational therapy, chiropractic care, and uses the Trexo, and the communication between therapists is like nothing we’ve experienced before. Highly recommend SMILE to any family looking for DMI intensive therapy!
