  Sent my daughter last year for 4 months, Worst daycare ,There were 3 staff member in the toddler section and one of the staff I have personally encountered was yelling at my daughter and the other child ( dropped my child at the time and she yelled at other child in front of me )under 2 year of age.Can you expect what she would be doing in our absence,I just put my daughter to another day care and its the best decision i have ever made, The owner is nice she asked me why i m taking my child out - i did not say anything because i made my mind at that time and had conversation with her before where she backed her staff members which is good for her business not for the kids. One of the their staff member is worst, she should be allowed at the daycare, not sure if she still works there.

  My daughter has been going to Southport Daycare for almost 1 year, and I am very happy with care my daughter getting in this daycare. Especially the staff is very kind, educated and they know very well what they are doing. On a daily basis, they keep updating everything, even small things about my daughter. I really recommend this daycare.

  The teachers here are simply amazing — they genuinely care for every child as if they were their own. I’ve never seen such dedication, warmth, and genuine passion for working with children. My youngest child has been attending since he couldn’t even walk, and every time I’m amazed by his progress. He speaks English beautifully (not his first language but now seams like it ☺️) and knows things I’ve never even taught him at home. What really stands out is how every morning the teachers are fully prepared with new activities to help the kids develop through crafts, games, and learning. Their creativity and energy seem endless! The management is also very responsive and attentive. If you ever have concerns or specific needs, don’t hesitate to ask — you will be heard, and they will do everything to accommodate you. The level of communication here is really good. What touches me the most is how the teachers listen to my child and understand him sometimes even better than I do. I truly appreciate how much you care for him every single day.

  Our experience with this daycare was unacceptable. Although the staff did change my daughter when she urinated, I discovered that she had been left in feces for what appeared to be the entire afternoon. My daughter is 3 years old, fully potty trained, and there is no reason she should have been left in that condition. It was heartbreaking and completely inappropriate for any childcare setting. When I attempted to address the issue with the teacher involved, communication became almost impossible. Several staff members either genuinely could not speak English or acted as though they did not understand me the moment I brought up the problem. As a parent trying to advocate for my child, I felt stonewalled, ignored, and completely dismissed. Between the lack of basic care and the unwillingness—or inability—to communicate about a very serious situation, I lost all trust in this daycare. No parent should have to fight this hard to get answers about their child’s well-being. I sincerely hope they make significant changes, because as it stands, I cannot recommend this place to any family.

  A wonderful daycare! Very caring and professional staff. They provide a safe environment for children to play, grow, and learn in. Our toddler looks forward to going to daycare on his daycare days! Also they have a beautiful outdoor space.
