  I recently had a visit to Sport Chek and encountered an issue with a purchase I made. Instead of receiving a baseball bat, I was given a tee ball bat. Initially, I was concerned because I had misplaced my receipt, making it difficult to resolve the situation. However, I was fortunate to have Leila assist me. Leila's professionalism and knowledge were evident as she patiently listened to my concerns. She promptly took action to rectify the situation, showing exceptional problem-solving skills. Despite the absence of a receipt, Leila went above and beyond to find a suitable solution for me. I have been a regular customer at Sport Chek, and this experience further solidifies my trust in the staff's abilities. The entire team at Sport Chek deserves recognition for fostering an environment where knowledgeable and dedicated individuals like Leila thrive. I highly recommend Sport Chek for its exceptional service and staff who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.   I had a great experience at Sport Chek Oakville Place. Philip was a great help with finding the perfect pair of shoes for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I will definitely be returning.

  Took my daughter to Sport Chek looking for snow board gear. We had excellent service from an employee named Justin J. He not only took time helping us navigate our choices (eventually we decided on a full set of snowboard, boots etc.) but his friendly demeanor and kindness showed what true customer service is. Justin seemed to know a lot about all the areas of the store. I could tell he really cares about doing a good job and helping people. We really appreciated his guidance and advice.

  So, why have two change room attendants if you aren’t letting people use them? I have 3 kids in hockey and not a lot of time. When they need equipment or gear, we do t have time to shop around either. I One of my kids needs a bathing suit some shorts etc, and we finally made it to sport chek, but they close the change rooms 15 minutes before close. He’s holding a single bathing suit - it would take 15 seconds to ascertain if they fit or not. There are over 8 people on the floor, and not even as many customers. So, now I’m standing here, won’t have time again to make it to a mall to outfit my kid… I won’t come back to this location. I advise everyone to just go somewhere where maybe they are slightly interested in helping people buy the things they need.

  I had a wonderful experience in Sportchek a couple days ago thanks to the incredible help I received from your staff member Justin. He took the time with me to help me find the perfect snowboard and gear I needed which I am so so happy with. He went above and beyond in assisting me answering every single question I had (which was a lot), while being patient and knowledgeable. When it came to my snowboard boots for example, he was genuinely happy to help me find the right size and took the time to explain how they should fit when I was unsure. His recommendations for the right board and gear for me were spot on. He explained everything in a way that made me feel more than confident in my choices. You can tell he really knows what he’s talking about and cares about making sure customers walk out happy in their purchases and experience in Sportchek. This was truly one of the best, most enjoyable retail encounters I’ve had and I will most definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for someone who’s very friendly, professional, and passionate about what they do at Sportchek, definitely go to him. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase and grateful for the help!!
