Had an amazing experience at the store the other day. Giulia came right away and helped me find a new pair of running shoes. Keep in mind, I’m very particular about shoes because my feet overpronate - so it’s a struggle finding a supportive pair. She took her time, brought me multiple pairs and was super knowledgeable. This is the kind of customer service missing these days and the store should recognize her as a fantastic asset for it.

I purchased at jacket online at the STOCKYARDS Sportchek, and it became apparent that the jacket was too big. The size I needed was available at the location. I called ahead and was told that I could come to this store, return the larger jacket and have it exchanged for the right size. The online portal showed 1 unit left in stock at this store which was accurate inventory. A very helpful associate at this store helped me find the final unit and in a couple minutes, the cashier took care of the return efficiently. Aside from the excellent service, this location is more like a sports emporium than anything else. The displays, the orientation of the store and the layout is amazing. All in all, a great experience.

I picked up a pair of Burton Mission bindings at SportChek that I previously had issues purchasing online when the sale was active, and Sal the store manager right away was able to price match my order after the sale was done and got me the bindings at the price I purchased in the smoothest way possible. His customer service was outstanding, and he genuinely looked out for me. Super professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. One of the best retail experiences I’ve had. Amazing Manager!

Today I visited the store Jan 23-26 and I had the best customer service experience ever. The associate Arackic, hopefully, i spelt his name correctly. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to guide me through everyrhing I needed to know, which made purchasing my first pair of skates easy and enjoyable. Thank you Aracic, my experience was exceptional from start to finish. I truly appreciate the level of care and expertise he provided. The cashier was also helpful. I left my glasses and she input my info.

The new Sport Chek on Queen North is absolutely awesome! The store looks incredible — bright, modern, and really well laid out. You can tell they put effort into the design because it feels open, stylish, and easy to browse. Everything looks fresh and brand new, and it’s fully stocked with tons of great options for every kind of sport or lifestyle. What really stood out to me was the energy inside — the staff are everywhere, ready to help and super friendly. You can see they’re still getting into a rhythm since it’s a new location, but everyone’s enthusiastic and eager to assist. It just needs a bit more coordination and organization as they settle in, but that’s totally understandable for a new store. They’ve got great product variety — shoes, activewear, outdoor gear, and accessories all in one place — and the vibe makes you actually want to shop and explore. Checkout was quick, and the staff made the whole experience easy. Overall, I’m really impressed. This new store is a great addition to the area, and I can already tell it’s going to become my go-to spot for sportswear and gear in downtown Toronto. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t yet!
