Its a good park with all the basic stuff (basketball court, picnic tables, kids playground, public washrooms) and it is in a very central easy to access location. The playground is old and has sand that can be annoying on the feet depending of the footware. The north side has more shadow than the south part.

Great open space for people and their pets. Lots of uses as it caters to many needs including physical activities. Easy access and very well maintained by dog owners that scoop. The park is adjacent to many homes, businesses and condo/apartments with easy access to the Garrison and King street cars.

One of the best places to play basketball in the city. The court has recently been renovated and some good people come here to play. There is always someone to play with. Most are regulars. On weekends and rush hours you’ll find a cool community here to chill and play some ball. I’ve seen people from all levels but most have a decent understanding about the game of basketball. Bonus: There are washrooms nearby park. There is rarely any soap but it is reasonably clean otherwise.

Lovely place for kids especially with the little pool during summers (till September 3rd this year). Great place to sit and relax while kids can play. There were 3 staff members who were taking good care and water was clean as was getting changed every 4 hours.

visited here with my wife. the park is a beautiful scene. you have dog owners using the long stretch of the fields to play catch, family also playing field games like tennis and i also spotted a very cute father-son baseball catch play. we’ve been to a couple of parks now but this was quite memorable.
