I would like to appreciate all the staff of Startright child care Centre. My son (Al-Amin) started the daycare when he was 4 months. He was well taking care of. Thanks to Lona(Director), Sandra , My sons girlfriend, Sharon for playing role of a Grandma, Suraya and all other staffs. I really appreciate you all for taking care of my son and showing him love and care. We don't wish to leave the centre because u have been raising and training him from infant to toddler, he is now 19 months old. Unfortunately, we had to leave due to the completion of my school program and change of location.You all made the daycare look like a home for My son. Thanks for the teaching, the art work, the cultural celebration, the games and funs he had. You will always be remembered. We love you all. May God bless all the staff as you all made caring for kids your priority.

My son started last year around October, I recently had to contact the city to make a complaint as the daycare was infested with roaches. The new "Executive Director" of the centre Artina Rochelle is the rudest childcare provider I've ever come across. My son was sick during the winter season as you know daycares tend to carry the flu virus very quickly beacuse this is kids we're dealing with, he also took vacation with his father to visit his family. I honestly lost count of his days available to be away, fair enough I should have done a better job at keeping count but a heads up would have been great from the paper work stand point of it. I received a phone call from one of the great staff workers advising me that he had gone over the days but this was now way to late. I call the supervisor to discuss the issue and this woman had the audacity to accuse me of some kind of botching of paper work, I honest to God lost it of course. What was this woman Artina really saying to me right now?! First of all if fraud is happening withing her centre with the previous supervisor that's not something I need to know about but to go the extra mile and imply that I was some what aware was absolutely insulting. She was so condescending and rude. Yes I will be making a formal complaint and withdrawal of my son has taken place!
