Very rude and dismissive front desk staff. We were recommended to visit Dr. Kagan for an allegy test. The office never reached out to confirm our appointment or provide us with an address or any information. When my wife attempted to call the office they never answered their phone. Eventually, after calling out family physician who made the recommendation, they called back my wife and in a very rude, aggressive, and condescending manner told her that all of the information was emailed to her. It was not! Eventually we had our appointment confirmed and the necessary information emailed to us. The email was mostly full of the rules of the office, making threats for charges due to late arrivals, missed appointments, charges , charges, charges...claiming that they have the best interests of patients and their time. We arrived for our appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time, as suggested by their exhaustive list of rules. After our appointment time came and went, we routinely witnessed other patients coming in and waiting less than 1 minute to be taken in the back and seen. 45 minutes after our arrival, and 39 minutes past our scheduled appointment we were finally taken to a room. The state of the office is quite dirty, and this was during summer when you'd expect not a lot of mud, salt, sleet etc. The entire time our daughter was not even addressed or paid attention to or made to feel comfortable on her first (and only) visit to this office. You'd think that people who choose a career that involves working with and around children would exhibit at least a slight interest in them. Eventually Dr. Kagan joined us in the examination room and she too was quite cold and unwelcoming. Barely addressed or spoke with our daughter, and wanting to cut straight to the chase. She would interrupt, and generally gave the impression that she wanted us out of there ASAP. As I was in the middle of an explanation and follow up question she walked up and got out into the hallway, forcing me to continue my conversation with her through the open door, while she was facung to walk away. The entire ordeal was extremely lacking any warmth, conpassion, professional courtesy, empathy and people skills. I'm glad this was the one and only visit to this office. Based on other reviews it seems that there is ine decently competent doctor in the office, but we didn't have the pleasure to deal with them. Regardless if the medical aspect, their front office needs some training on customer service and interactions, as well as a reminder that they are dealing with children and their anxious parents. Perhaps I should send them a bill for their missed appointment time, much like they repeatedly warn their patients they will do. My time is as important as theirs after all...dare I say more important.

Dr Baker has been the paediatrician for both my kids since birth. He is knowledgable and a great doctor who truely cares about his patients. I can’t reccomend him enough and both Debbie and Rachel are absolutely wonderful as well.

The front desk experience at this clinic has been consistently disappointing. The tone was dismissive and unnecessarily rude, and basic questions were met with impatience rather than help. As a parent, I expect professionalism and respectful communication especially in a pediatric setting where trust and clarity matter. Because of the repeated poor interactions during scheduling/check-in, I no longer feel comfortable bringing my child here. If you value courteous, supportive front-desk communication, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere or being very cautious before registering. Clinic management should address this with clear service standards, training, and a proper process for handling concerns.

Exceptional Pediatric Expertise — Dr. Steven Moss Dr. Steven Moss is an outstanding pediatrician whose depth of medical knowledge truly sets him apart. His diagnostic skills are exceptional — he notices details that others might overlook, and he always explains medical conditions and treatment options in a way that is clear, thorough, and reassuring. What impresses me most is how up-to-date he is with current pediatric research and best practices. Whether it’s routine care, developmental milestones, or more complex medical concerns, Dr. Moss approaches everything with evidence-based expertise. You can tell he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about children’s health. He never makes you feel rushed; instead, he takes the time to answer every question with patience and clarity. Beyond his expertise, his calm and compassionate manner makes every visit smooth for both children and parents. He blends medical excellence with genuine care — a rare and valuable combination. I cannot recommend Dr. Steven Moss highly enough. If you are looking for a pediatrician with exceptional knowledge, skill, and dedication, he is truly one of the best.

The behavior of the staff was completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, especially in front of my son!!! I have been taking my son to this pediatrician since he was just three days old. For his annual check-up this year, I waited two months for an appointment. When I arrived, 20 minutes late due to school, the staff immediately told me I lost my slot. This was the first time I was late. We, as patients, are always the ones waiting, but why is it, when it happens to us just once, it is met with such disrespect, while we have always waited? My son, who has trusted this doctor for nine years, was deeply upset. The behavior of the staff was completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional, especially in front of my son. I expected the doctor to ensure their staff behaved with respect. If it weren’t for families like us, this clinic wouldn’t thrive. I hope this clinic improves so no other family faces such disrespect, especially in front of their child. I urge the doctor to closely monitor the behavior of their staff, because without families like us, this clinic would not survive. Respect must go both ways.
