  My daughter had a very bad experience at this pool. She wrote this note: “I went to this pool with my mom and 3 lil siblings. They made us wait for 20-30 minutes. Many people started to leave. Finally they opened and we were able to go in. When we went into to the pool, the lifeguard came over and asked if my mom was going into the pool, and my mom said no. Then they kicked my 5-year old brothers out of the pool, they can’t even sit on the stairs! Then they said my 8-year old sister is required to do a swimming test in shallow water! And my sister failed so we needed two adults to go in the water to supervise 3 kids! Then we had to leave the pool after all that wait! That is why I would rate this a 1 star and even a 0 if I could.”

  Online is confusing! Terrible website to find information. Also it would be handy to not just put the hours of operations in the office window with the sun reflecting on it with the shutters closed, but also adding it to the display window where you are actually entering the pool! Just my awesome, who care’s opinion!

  I’m honestly outraged. After reading the reviews, I should’ve known better, but I still gave it a chance. I arrived at 1:30 PM, paid the entrance, and they closed at 4 PM, something I already expected, so I waited for them to reopen. When they did, I brought my two young cousins with me — their mother trusted me to take care of them in the pool. The schedule clearly stated it would be open from 5 PM to 8 PM. We bought our tickets at 6 PM, and even though it was obviously our first time there, the staff at the entrance said nothing. Just 30 minutes later, the lifeguards rudely kicked us out of the pool. When I asked what was going on, I was told I would have to pay a third time because it was now a different program. I went to speak with the supervisor, who coldly told me it was my responsibility to read the schedule more carefully, and that they wouldn’t do anything about it. I felt completely disrespected, and I’ll never go back. If anyone asks me, my answer will be: don’t ever set foot in that place. This feels like nothing but a money grab.

  Everything is safe, just you need change the schedule, the exactly schedule is 5 - 6:30 for fun swim, and 6:30 - 8 for line swim, I know because I was asking at the entrance but if you don’t ask is to difficult to know the correct info, but the installation good, the lifeguard very good, always focus with the kids, and with the parents with kids, sometime the parents just go and want to take care very far their kids, and think oh over there is the lifeguard, come on is your kid you need take care by yourself, good work, very kind the people 0 complaints

  I recently visited this pool and overall had a wonderful time. The facility offers different levels of water in one pool, which is a great feature for both novice and experienced swimmers. The admin staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I must mention that one of the male lifeguards was notably rude towards two children. I’m not sure what led to the situation, but he was quite confrontational and was yelling at them to get out of the pool. This behavior seemed out of line and could potentially create a negative atmosphere for visitors. Despite this, I would still recommend this pool for its fantastic amenities and mostly friendly staff. But I hope the management will address the issue to ensure a consistently positive experience for all patrons.
