  Studio 51 has been a very meaningful part of our daughter's learning journey over the past few years and one of the best extracurriculars. At Studio 51, she’s taken Public speaking and English enrichment classes, and also worked with Aimee and Tiffany in private sessions to prepare for a school application. We’ve seen a real boost in her confidence, especially in how she expresses herself and speaks in front of others — skills that have supported her both in and out of school. And she seems to enjoy public speaking as well! One thing we especially appreciate is how each student gets their own unique piece to present at the year-end performance. It really reflects how well Aimee and Tiffany get to know each child. Our daughter always looked forward to her time at the studio. Studio 51 offers such a thoughtful and nurturing environment — we’re very grateful to have found it!

  I’ve been a student at Studio 51 since 2014, back before Aimee and Tiffany even moved into the studio they’re in now. I stayed in classes right up until I left Ontario for university in 2022, and looking back, I can honestly say that Studio 51 played one of the biggest roles in shaping who I am today. As I’m about to finish my Bachelor of Science degree at UBC, I keep realizing how much of my success comes from the confidence I built at Studio 51. Preparing for Showcases, public speaking competitions across Ontario, and the Trinity College exams pushed me outside of my comfort zone and gave me skills I use every single day. Public speaking is such a valuable, transferable skill, whether it’s in school, work, or just life in general, and I know I wouldn’t feel as confident in myself without that foundation. What I loved most, though, was that the classes were always so much fun. Aimee and Tiffany have this way of making you learn and grow without it ever feeling like a chore. And when I got older, they even gave me the opportunity for my very first real paid job as a teaching assistant in their classes, an experience that meant so much to me and helped me grow even further. I can’t recommend Studio 51 enough. It’s not just a place for kids to take public speaking and drama classes, it’s a place that builds confidence, skills, and memories that last a lifetime.

  My daughter has participated in the Public Speaking and Drama class for about 5 years, also worked there part time for about 2 years. Staff are friendly and helpful all the time, wonderful experience to communicate to Tiffany and Aimee - they know every student well, they even visited and met parents personally to let you know your kids' needs and improvement. Also like the annual Festival and Showcase Performance Event , so proud to see kids on the stage with confidence. It is a perfect place to learn and practice their public speaking, communication, team working skills - especially for teens, definitely recommend Studio 51 to all!
