Hired them for a company event on July that had to be rescheduled due to the heavy rain in Toronto. Rescheduled to another date and even after confirming twice, when the day arrived I got a long message saying they simply forgot to add to their calendar. Had to rush and hire someone else, it is now mid September and we haven’t received the refund as his only option was e-transfer. We offered a credit card refund, too difficult for him. Wire transfer? Nope. And now he said: I will send a cheque (and a photo of it), never seen either. Do not recommend at all. Absolutely unprofessional.
