The Beauty expert “Sierra” was really helpful, adorable and very informative. She has the same energy for all the customers , she’s super amazing! I am a flight attendant and new in town and in badly need of skincare, Sierra helped me for a good minute trying to find the best products for my skin. Love her! And I love this store highly recommend !!!

Staff was incredibly unhelpful especially this brown lady with orange-red hair disappeared on me twice. Terrible customer service by her. Also noticed the same lady allow someone to steal, didn’t even bat an eye. If you shop here be prepared for no help and look for things on your own. If i could it would get ZERO stars.

I feel scammed by their blind boxes. My partner bought me this and I opened it…. the painting is done horribly. It looks like a knockoff and I feel so bad he paid for this! Look at the official vs the one I bought in store. The hearts on the feet look poorly painted on, compared to the official where they’re actually indented. The heart is nothing like the official, I am so disappointed

Gerlie and Frances were so kind and helpful when I needed assistance with my new skincare routine. I had difficulty looking for products that would affect my eczema. My skin is very sensitive and I was nervous to purchase a skin care product that would not work well for me. Gerlie and Frances answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation.
