Very pleased with Sunward. Despite the postal dispute, that’s happening currently, Sunward kept me in touch and I received the delivery parcel this Sunday morning. Nicely packaged, and happy to share that my purchase cost 30% less than the same products on Amazon. It’s always good to support Canadian businesses than those giant anonymous online stores.

Sunward Hobbies is class. I make a few orders a year from BC. As far as online shopping for hobby supplies goes, Sunward is probably the best in Canada. My orders always come so thoughtfully packaged and it really feels like "oh, these people care about your hobby supplies too".

For the first time I placed an order at Sunward Hobbies. I decided to order a rare 1/12 Tamiya F1 kit and then 2 small bottles of a masking fluid. Never having ordered from Sunward before, I didn't know how I'd be treated. In reading the other Google reviews before placing my order, I felt reasonably comfortable that all would be fine. I also watched many of their videos on YouTube which really gave me additional confidence ... keep doing those videos! I placed my order on October 23rd and by the 28th it had arrived ... on the other side of Canada! The kit and bottles were well packed so what arrived was in great condition - the initials JD and DP appear on the invoice, so a big shout out to them. I was aware the kit was a part of an estate sale and that the box may not be in great condition or shrink wrapped. If I didn't know any better, I'd swear the kit was brand new by the manufacturer! Having built Tamiya F1 kits going back to the 1980s, I knew what to look for. I saw everything I needed to see. Thank you, Sunward Hobbies, for making this a great experience.

Fantastic selection of model kits, tools, and supplies — everything from paints and putties, tapes and brushes, adhesives and polishes, and sanding paper. I placed an online order for 18 items over the weekend and had everything delivered by Tuesday. Every kit arrived in flawless condition, carefully packaged and completely pristine. Truly outstanding service.
