    On April 18th i took my girlfriend and kids to skate at suso in burlington. We paid just over $115. Immediately grabbed our skates and safety gear for the kids and went to prepare ourselves for a good time. Unfortunately, as my girlfriend got up, she slipped and fell. She broke her wrist. Keep in mind we had no skate time yet. We were prepping to go into the rink. Anyways, she was injured bad, we immediately gave all the skates and gear back to the workers and I was told to come back when we get sorted out. I took her to the hospital. I came back the next day for the refund and was told they couldn't refund they can book me another time for the kids her and I. I mentioned we are from out of town and would like a refund. They said okay we will have the manager reach out. Back and forth emails and phone and personally going there to see what's going on. ALL UP UNTIL April 30th i got a partial refund. Still missing the 15 dollars and some cents. Whatever. If you want to rollerblade I highly recommend not coming here. Yes injuries can occur and im not playing this place specifically for that. But their service is absolute trash. The one of the higher ups there, Nadi is extremely rude.

    I had an amazing experience with my beginner roller skating lesson at SUSO Skate! The instructor was incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging throughout the class. They created such a welcoming and fun environment that made learning feel comfortable and exciting. I had a lot of fun while also learning the proper basics and techniques. I now feel like I have the tools and confidence necessary to continue practicing on my own. I would highly recommend SUSO Skate to anyone interested in learning roller skating, especially beginners!
