  I tried Suzie’s Jamaican Jerk recently and it was better than a lot of Jamaican spots I’ve had. Nothing overhyped, just solid food done right. I ordered a large with half jerk chicken and half BBQ fried chicken, with macaroni salad and an extra side of plantains. The rice and peas with oxtail gravy was excellent. Proper flavor and not dry at all. The jerk chicken was really good, but honestly the BBQ fried chicken was insane. That was the standout for me. I also really liked the macaroni salad. It was different than any I’ve tried before and I’d definitely get a large side of it next time. Plantains were great as expected. They give you a lot of food and everything was worth it. Came out to $24.86 and I left full and satisfied. Service was 10/10. I'll be going here a lot.

  I’ve tried a lot of Jamaican spots across the GTA, and this place really takes the cake. Every time I’m in Mississauga, I make sure to stop by because the food is just next level. The jerk chicken is full of flavour, and the rice and peas with the sauce are what really do it for me, everything just hits right. Suzie is always super nice and welcoming too, which gives the place such a good vibe. You can feel the love in the food and the energy here. Great food, great people, great atmosphere; always consistent. 10/10 every time.

  The workers are nice, especially Suzie. The price is decent and the food was good, as was the portions given. We ordered the jerk chicken and jerk pork to try and we would go back for it again. The jerk pork was too spicy for me personally, but my partner enjoyed it. Negatives: the parking lot is tight and it's especially hard to park during the winter, because the snowbanks block even more spots.

  This place was all over my social media. So I finally decided to give it a try. There were a bunch of things I ordered: 1) Oxtail with Mac n Cheese Pie. The Mac n cheese was really good (only served on weekends). The oxtail itself was very tender and tasty. However, the oxtail gravy ended up mixing with the Mac. This was not a good combination at all (Mac n cheese with oxtail gravy). I would suggest getting them separately or just get the Mac on its own. 2) Jerk Chicken Poutine - the mix of poutine and jerk chicken is not something I would try again (regardless of restaurant). Just not a good combo. 3) Jerk chicken stuffed patty - this was delicious and unique as I never had a stuffed patty before. 4) Friend dumpling - good but I’ve had better 5) Jerk Pork Roti - this was the best thing I’ve tried here! I absolutely want to come back to get this. Overall I highly suggest jerk pork (whether it’s roti or with rice and peas), the stuffed patty and mac n cheese. The other stuff I tried, I would not get again.

  I was recommended by my son to come here. This is for sure a hidden gem 💎. This is my first time here. I requested a special combo and had no problem getting it. That's what I call customer service. I got a combo with half oxtail and the other half with curry goat on rice and peas. I also asked for coleslaw. They were very generous with the portions. The flavors were on point (Nice) as they would say in jamaica. You also need a Ting drink to wash it down. This meal brought me home to Jamaica at my friend's grandma's house. You need to eat here Ya man! Have a look at my pictures and press the like button! I will be back to try their fry chicken next. They already got me hooked.
