Very poor customer service. The prices are decent (though you can find comparable prices elsewhere), but if you want any level of customer service, this is NOT the store for you. Returns or exchanges are near impossible, and there is zero understanding or reasonableness by staff or management. Definitely not shipping there again.

Suba is One of the most helpful people I’ve ever had during my Shopping experience SVP. I actually thought he was a manager. He went above and beyond. . Polite and courteous.Look forward to going back because of the level of service that I got from him.if The manager is reading this he deserves a raise. Good employees are hard to come by these days.

Great deals at this place. Special recognition to staff Luis , he was so good in explaining and great customer service. We came all the way from Mississauga. Must visit if you anyone comes to North York.

I went to pick up an online order and decided to purchase a few additional items. I asked the staff multiple times to bring out different sizes and items, and they were extremely kind and helpful without showing any sign of inconvenience. The cashier was also very friendly. I wish they had sales more often, and this is definitely a location I would visit again!

The stand out feature of this chain is their excellent staff. I've been to or spoken to 3 locations plus their main customer service line. Each time they were super helpful & friendly. Also, their prices for brand name athletic gear is fantastic, like 50-70% off.
