Our waiter Divij D was the absolute BEST waiter we have ever had. This location was absolutely slammed but he was almost running his hustle was so good. So personable, good with the kids and so kind. I would say it was understaffed as 5 of us were there for 1.5hrs. but he made up for it.

My mom and I went here for dinner and had probably one of the best experiences we’ve had at a Swiss Chalet restaurant. We were greeted instantly upon entering the restaurant and seated very quickly. Our waitress, Helena, came over and asked about drinks almost immediately. She was very attentive the entire time and was very pleasant to interact with. I would recommend this location to anyone. Had a great dinner at Swiss Chalet with my work team and our boss, Chris. The food was solid as always, but what really made the experience stand out was our server, Jurate. She did a fantastic job — professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. Thank you, Jurate, for taking care of us and making the night smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Nice place for a family dinner. Some concerns: long wait to get food; we had to ask for our Festive Special chocolates; no wipes or handwashing bowls provided with wings and ribs. Food was yummy and our server was great.
