Great food. We had the Sittler's deal. our server Snobi always had a smile and very responsive. Totally recommend this swiss chalet. Smaller, but cozy.

Who ever you had managing the closing shift on Sunday Jan 4 2026 need to be fired. I placed an order, have my email confirmation for 9:28pm pick up, get there 930 and the entire restaurant is closed. There are orders coming in. They shut down the restaurant early and are hiding in the back. They actively turned the lights off while we were standing here waiting. Lost over $50 worth of Swiss points on this crap.

Celebrated our daughter’s birthday at the Newmarket Harry Walker location. Our server Snobi was fantastic with our large group. Food came fast and overall service was amazing.

The worst Swiss Chalet I have ever been to. One thing I love about Swiss chalet is the consistency. You know you will get hot fresh chicken unfortunately this location can’t even provide customers that. I have been here three times, once for dine in and twice for take out and all three experiences were terrible. Dine in the food took forever, the server brought out the app at the same time as all the mains and all the chicken was cold. Something I have never experienced at a Swiss Chalet. I mentioned it to the server and she just blamed the take out and that they were busy, didn’t even offer anything new The take out experiences were even worse both times the were out of chicken and the wait was almost 40 mins even though the man said 10 mins. I saw customers walk out and some delivery drivers commenton the wait being excessive and the owner just started to rage out at the poor guy, never seen such arrogance in a restaurant before. After waiting 40 mins items were missing and the chicken was almost over done. We decided to try again a few days later and were once again told the chicken would take 20 mins, remembering the lie from the previous boats we knew it wasn’t worth it and went to the EG location instead where they seem to have a much better operation and can handle orders more promptly and professionally. If you’re like me and love Swiss Chalet there are far better options in the area, i will never order from this location again. Too many bad experiences and the staff just don’t see to care.

I had a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to Maya. She was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure everything at our table was perfect. Maya checked in at the right times, kept our drinks topped up, and served our food with a warm smile. Her positive attitude and great customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Maya, for the excellent service — you truly made our meal at Swiss Chalet a great experience!
