  Our daughter has been attending this preschool since it first opened in 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Although this location is new, it’s actually their second school in Richmond, so they bring a lot of experience in running a quality preschool program. The teachers are wonderful – they all speak clear English and communicate very well, which was important for us. Here, the staff is professional, caring, and always creates a welcoming environment for the kids. The meals are another highlight. They serve nutritious, well-balanced food every day, along with snacks. Our daughter often comes home saying she likes the school food. Security is excellent. There are multiple locked doors at the entrance, and parents can only enter through reception, which really gave us peace of mind. Drop-off and pick-up are stress-free thanks to the spacious parking area, and we’re always greeted warmly by the staff. The school itself is bright, modern, and has a fantastic playground. Our daughter has also made so many friends here, which was so important to us. Most importantly, she has learned and grown so much – socially, emotionally, and academically. If you’re looking for a preschool in Richmond that combines experience, great teachers, healthy food, and a safe environment, we highly recommend this school!

  I always felt comfortable knowing my son was here and that he was being looked after so well. Every staff member knows your children and takes interest in them. The weekly food menu was incredible and I appreciated the lesson plans with their focus on the environment and sustainability. The educators were next level amazing. Exceptionally kind, patient and caring and I know my son was always excited to see them.

  Amazing daycare with educators that truly cares about your child. The space is new, spacious and the snacks & lunch look amazing (secretly wish the parents can opt in too!). My little one always comes home happy and full. It’s great to know that my little one is at a safe and caring place. If you’re looking for a daycare, I would highly recommend them. Recently they’ve also launched the t cafe, so as a parent, you can also grab a cup of coffee after you drop them on and don’t need to make a extra trip to the coffee shop. Amazing! Special thank you to Tarah & Rika for a smooth transition with my little one.

  A very caring and nurturing childcare centre here at Terra - not only the edcuators but the entire experience having my child here in the past year left me zero worries/concerns. I am happy to see that my child has developed a number of skills with the support of his educators and his peers. The vibe in the classroom is always so warm and welcoming, and I can't thank them enough for building such a wonderful relationship with my child.
