This location is probably the best Thai Express location in the GTA! I was hesitant at first as I tried the pad see ew and was shocked and awe on how good it was so I had to come back and try the pad Thai and wow was that phenomenal! The store was clean, staff were truly amazing with their service and cooking skills. The new owner went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I will come back!

I’m a big fan of Thai soup, and this location is truly exceptional. The restaurant is spotless, the portions are generous, and the staff is absolutely wonderful—friendly and welcoming every time. I’ve visited many Thai Express locations, but this one really stands out above the rest. It should be a model for how every franchise is run. What impressed me even more is their thoughtful service. My son asked for tap water, and instead, they offered him a free bottled water—an excellent example of how to earn customer loyalty. Even when you pay by credit card, they don’t prompt for tips like many other places do, but you genuinely feel happy to leave a higher tip in cash because of the experience. Truly an outstanding place—a real gem!

The owner Alex is so kind and always so welcoming whenever my gf and I come in to visit. The food is definitely the star of the show. I’ve tried both the lobster sweet and sour stir fry and the chicken pad Thai and I can’t tell which I love more. They’re both so full of flavor and I absolutely love that all the food is made fresh. Makes the experience 1000 times better. I also love that they have tofu as an option for vegans. My gf is obsessed with their tofu. It’s the best she’s ever had ! I always sit and dine on the inside, the atmosphere is so calming here and it makes the dining experience so peaceful. I’ve recommended this spot to a few of my friends who live in the area and they all agree the food is phenomenal and so is the service. Don’t walk! RUN to Thai Express !

Nice little find, food was fresh, portions were fair, they have daily specials and you can choose the spice level which is always good. the place is clean, the plaza has plenty of parking and i would suggest this place for a quick lunch if you are in the area. Not a large location but you don't need it to be. I would go back and try other options on the menu, today tried the beef and rice which tasted fresh, nice crunchy veges and made to order.

First time having Thai express and I'm hooked! Food was prepared perfectly and the employee was kind enough to go through the menu with me finding exactly what I was looking for. Place was very clean and tidy great atmosphere and very welcoming. With many choices to eat nearby I'm glad I took a chance and stopped by for some great food.
